🕒 Order Processing

All orders are carefully reviewed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Timelines

United States
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days after processing.

International Orders
Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days, depending on your destination and local fulfillment operations.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasonal demand, or other unforeseen global logistics delays.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can also track your shipment at any time through our Track Your Order page.


❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

Requests for cancellations or shipping address updates must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

To cancel an order, please email us with the subject line:
“CANCEL MY ORDER”

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or address changes are no longer possible.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package to avoid delays or returns.


💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Please contact us at support@peddify.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item

We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
